Though the Houston Rockets had their season end yesterday at the hands of the Lakers, they have nothing to feel bad about. The Rockets improbable run without their two All-Stars this postseason was truly amazing, and management in Houston have to be optimistic about what lies ahead. With that said, there are some tough decisions regarding the roster. The Houston Chronicle reports that both Von Wafer and Ron Artest, who are free agents, would like to return. Both were likely in Houston’s plans anyway, but it is good to see that they are making the Rockets their top priority. [click to continue…]

Ron Artest Rockets

Two players that are key pieces to their teams in the Western Conference playoffs are the Rockets Ron Artest and Lamar Odom of the Lakers. Both players can play multiple positions on the floor, and both are able to defend nearly anyone on the other team. While both Artest and Odom have had periods in their career they would like to forrget, Houston and L.A would not be where they are today without their play.
