Celtics vs. Bulls
Game 2 – 7PM EST
Game Preview – CelticsBlog.com

The Bulls caught everyone by surprise Saturday afternoon, as Derrick Rose went crazy in his playoff debut, and the Bulls were able to shock the defending champs in game one 105-103. Celtics fans may be antsy, but should not start to worry, yet.

Boston would have won the game in regulation if Paul Pierce makes both free throws. The Bulls depth of Tyrus Thomas, Joakim Noah, and Brad Miller in the front court will continue to cause Boston problems, and in order for the Celtics to get back on track in this series, they will have to rebound on both ends of the floor.

Meanwhile, Ray Allen had a horrible start to the postseason, and more pressure will be on his shoulders than anyone else wearing green tonight. Expect Allen to answer the bell, and Boston to tie this series up.

Prediction: Boston 90 Chicago 82

Mavericks vs. Spurs
Game 2 – 9:30PM EST
Game 2 Preview – PoundingTheRock.com

The Dallas Mavericks continued their stellar late season play in game one of the NBA Playoffs, and were able to stifle the Spurs in the late minutes. San Antonio now, like Boston, has to make adjustments, and make big shots in order to get back in their series. Tim Duncan, Tony Parker, and company are game for this, and I have no faith in the Mavericks being able to put two solid road playoff performances together in a row.
I’m going with the Spurs by double digits in this one.

Prediction: San Antonio 93 Dallas 81
