Fisher Helps Lakers Regain Home Court

by The Boss on June 9, 2010

If the Lakers wind up winning the NBA Finals this year, the play of Derek Fisher in the 4th quarter of Game 3 could very well be one of the biggest reasons why. In a game that the Lakers had controlled much of the night, Boston was threatening to steal the game and control of the series. Kobe Bryant had a rare off night from the field, and Pau Gasol, Ron Artest, and Andrew Bynum were victims of great defense as well. The play of Derek Fisher on both ends of the court at key moments propelled the Lakers to the 91-84 win and a 2-1 series lead. The all important Game 4 is Thursday.
