Wizards Want Wall or Turner?

by The Boss on May 19, 2010

The Washington Wizards finally won something for a change. Last night, the franchise that has seen more bad luck than good recently ended up the big winner in the 2010 NBA Draft Lottery, securing the top pick overall. While most felt Kentucky guard John Wall would be a lock at number one, the Wizards have a point guard already in Gilbert Arenas.

Arenas, who is not on the trading block, could more naturally fit with Evan Turner, the Ohio State phenom that could play 3 positions naturally in the league. But what about Josh Howard, whom they traded for last season? Looks like there will be plenty of tough decisions in the coming days for Wizards brass.

The rest of the lottery:

2. Sixers
3. Nets
4. Wolves
5. Kings
6. Warriors
7. Pistons
8. Clippers
9. Jazz
10. Pacers
11. Hornets
12. Grizzlies
13. Raptors
14. Rockets
