The World Famous LayupDrill Rumor Mill
8/17/09
In the history of the NBA, there have been some pretty interesting incentives placed in contracts, but the writing that was placed in former Bobcat Sean May is unique. May, who was recently signed by the Kings, inked a one year deal, worth nearly $900,000. However, May can earn an additional $100,000 if he reports to training camp in shape. That’s right. May can earn money should he show up at his playing weight from his days at the University of North Carolina(265 lbs).
In other news, the on again, off again Ramon Sessions to New York rumors seem to be back on. Sessions and the Clippers have not been able to come to terms on a deal, and any other options seem limited for the Bucks guard. With the Bucks recent trade today to acquire Carlos Delfino as well, it may have sealed the fate of Sessions returning back to Milwaukee.
