Quentin Richardson is either the most wanted player in the NBA, or a victim of big business. The guard was traded for the fourth time this offseason earlier today, this time from the Timberwolves to the Miami Heat, in exchange for forward Mark Blount. Richardson is expected to fit into the Heat’s rotation, getting valuable minutes and creating matchup problems playing alongside Dwyane Wade at times.
Richardson last played on the court for the Knicks, and has since been moved to the Clippers, Wolves, Grizzlies, and now Heat since April.
In other bizarre news, free agent Stephon Marbury admitted on a video posted on TMZ.com that he had smoked weed prior to taping one of his increasingly popular video blogs. Marbury stated, “I’m not under contract … I smoke weed occasionally. … I’m not driving … I’m following the rules.”
Marbury’s former team, the Knicks, may be in a bidding war with the Miami Heat over the services of Jamaal Tinsley. Neither team wants to offer Tinsley a long term deal, however the Heat could provide more playing time and a postseason run alongside a superstar. The Knicks can only offer the luxury of Tinsley playing back in his hometown.

the photo of q is about 8 years and 100 pounds ago. LOL.
feel bad for Quent. He was a trooper while he was in NY, even through the Isaiah years he never bitched and complained. Hopefully he finds a little success in Miami….or wherever he gets traded to enxt.
