The morning after the 2009 NBA Draft has provided more questions than answers for some teams. The top of the list of questions include the Timberwolves, who now have two lottery pick point guards on their roster, and no moves on the horizon. There were rumors before the draft ended last night that the Wolves and Knicks were in talks to trade the rights to Ricky Rubio, however NY Newsday reports this morning that nothing is in the works. Some reports overseas stated Rubio may now stay in Spain, in which drafting Jonny Flynn makes plenty of sense.

In other news, the rumored Amare Stoudemire to Golden State deal isn’t done, yet. Stephen Curry, who was selected by the Warriors at 7, plays the same position as Monta Ellis, and likely would be included in any type of multi-player deal for the All-Star forward. The Amare to Rockets deal that had floated around the net yesterday has seemed to fizzle out, but I would expect Stoudemire to be moved either on or before the start of the free agent signing period.

The Charlotte Bobcats are for sale, and Michael Jordan may be interested in buying the franchise, according to a report by ESPN. Current owner Bob Johnson purchased the team for $300 Million dollars in 2003, and a group headed by Jordan have not reportedly made an offer as yet.
