Kevin Garnett
The NBA All Star Starters have officially been announced on TNT.
Kenny Smith and Gary Payton both agree with myself, that AI should not be starters.

First The East Starters:

Dwayne Wade
Allen Iverson
Dwight Howard
Lebron James
Kevin Garnett

Who Should Be Starting in the All Star Game?

Gary Payton and Chris Webber from NBA TV invaded the set and started the argument that Kevin Garnett should not be starting over Raptors forward Chris Bosh. Bosh’s Raptors have certainly underachieved this season, while Garnett has been consistent in helping Boston stay near the top of the East. Since KG was at one point one of my potential MVP candidates, I gotta give him a narrow edge over Bosh.

Now the West Starters:
Kobe Bryant
Chris Paul
Yao Ming
Tim Duncan
Amare Stoudemire

The studio agreed that Carmelo Anthony should have started over forward Amare Stoudemire. Payton then went on to say Tim Duncan should not be starting, giving the argument for Al Jefferson of Minnesota.
