A day after word leaked out of Oklahoma City that Earl Watson was unhappy, he came out and denied the story. Watson told The Oklahoman that he hasn’t spoke to anyone about a trade.
The Nets, who traded guard Marcus Williams to Golden State this summer, may now be in need of some help. The NY Post is reporting New Jersey may be looking at one of the half a dozen guards on the Grizzlies roster that is getting no playing time.
The Miami Heat management have to be nervous about the potential to resign Dwayne Wade. Wade is saying all the right things to the public, but the rumors of him heading to his hometown of Chicago to form the dream backcourt with Derrick Rose dont go away. Kirk Heinrich and Ben Gordon would be exiled pretty fast if this became a reality.
